We provide individual, family, and couples mental health counseling. Whether you are experiencing the stresses of life’s many transitions or are in a major crisis, we are ready to meet your needs. Our professional counselors and therapists understand the close relationship between mind, body, spirit and community. We combine the best practices of today with an understanding of the power of sacred traditions to enhance our lives. Our services include:

• Counseling Services. We offer counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
• Counseling at Home. We offer home visits for seniors, caregivers, and individuals in Honolulu who have difficulty leaving home. 
• Clergy Care. We offer mental health counseling to clergy and lay ministers; and provide psychological assessments for members in discernment.
• Mental Health Workshops. We sponsor mental health workshop series free to the community: Wahine Wellness, Creative Coping (creativity), and A Hundred Million Reasons (suicide prevention).

With six convenient locations across Oahu, we make it easy to get the counseling you need — close to where you live, work, play, pray, or go to school.

Our mission is to provide professional and accessible behavioral health counseling sensitive to the spiritual traditions of individuals, families and communities in Hawaii, regardless of their ability to pay.
