Project Hawai'i, Inc., is a nonprofit organization that runs 100% by volunteers. We are solely supported by public donations which makes events like these cruitial to the over all success of our programs.
We are gearing up for our first official fundraiser towards our summer camp this SATURDAY in Kapolei. We are hosting a bake sale at the Walmart and seeking volunteers who will help the people who might wish to purchase an item or learn more about our program.
Our summer camp is offered free of charge to homeless keiki between the ages of 6-10 on O'ahu. The keiki will spend one week in a very interactive program learning life and social skills that will allow them to reach their goals as they continue their education in elementry school. Building these fundamentals truly make the difference between them advancing or falling behind and being left out of wonderful opportunities. Plus our program follows a strict nutitional program to assure that over the summer they will be eatting healthy, and learning to stay healthy.
We only have this one day to sell our goodies, so we need help. Only a few hours of your day.
- 10:00 a.m. -12:00, 12:00-2:00 or 2:00-4:00
- You can choose to stay longer if you wish.
