Project Hawai’i, Inc. is gearing up to provide the homeless children with a summer camp full of events and activities along with meals!! Our summer budget to provide healthy meal to homeless children we service is over $13,000. and we need YOUR support to help keep their tummies full and their minds active.
This 3 hour project allows YOU to help make all this possible.
Did you know that homeless children and those living in poverty stricken environments rely SOLELY on their free lunch at school as their only daily meal??? When school is out these children can go days with a meal. Please consider giving a few hours of your time to help these precious children have a fun filled summer with hot, nutritious meals.
If you want to start a fundraiser on your own prior to the event, such as a penny or coin drive, or a social media drive, please let us know. You can make a difference. Each child feed is $18.00 a day.
How to Volunteer:

2. Show up at the event ready to have fun and walk.. yes lots of walking to collect donations from the community.
3. Bring a water bottle (we do provide and have snacks, but best to be prepared)
4. Bring a friend!!
5. Teens 13 and older can come without a parent. Any one younger or groups of young children must have a group adult chaperone
Open to all groups, clubs, companies who wish to make a difference.
Families with children are usually comfortable with ages 8 and up.
