Recruitment Team Member 13+ Join the Red Cross's Volunteer Recruitment team. The Red Cross is a 90% volunteer run organization. In your work on our recruitment team, you’ll compile lists of people, groups and organizations that we can recruit from, you’ll help with social media outreach, and you’ll help us to meet our diversity goals so that our volunteer workforce reflects the communities we serve. Tasks: Making Calls, Sending Emails, Creating Flyers, Writing, Social Media Content Creation, and host Virtual Recruitment Fairs for targeted positions.
Requirements:
Willing to take 2.5 hrs. online training
Proficient in English
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Reliable computer and internet access
Able to write short emails to targeted groups
