We want you and your family to Join us at Waimea for our ‘Ohana Volunteer Day
This is a brand new volunteer program geared towards the families in the area with younger kids as an opportunity for them to get involved, give back and learn.
The volunteer projects will generally be located in the botanical gardens and cultural sites. These opportunities will be for a maximum of 20 participants each day and will be open to all ages, but recommended to the parents with children under 12 years old.
RSVP are required to attend the event.Gloves and tools will be provided along with a project that is suitable to the group.
The basic schedule for one of these volunteer days will be:

9:00am Volunteers Arrive sign waivers

9:15am Volunteer group will participate in the oli protocol

9:30am Arrive at Volunteer Site

11:30am Volunteer project is finished, volunteers are encouraged to get lunch at our snack shop and then explore the valley.*
