Since 1996, Women In Need (WIN) has been serving Hawaii’s community by assisting women and their families and/or their children with transitional housing and other services. Our mission, “empowering Hawaii’s families to lead healthy and full lives” provides the framework for our organization to give women and children a safe place to live while implementing programs to help them develop and maintain self-sufficiency. WIN also has a program for helping men with substance use.
