Action Line is the Hawaii affiliate of Call for Action, a nationwide network of consumer help organizations. We are sponsored here in Hawaii by KHON2 and located at their facilities.
Our phone volunteers contact members of the community to assist them in resolving consumer issues they have with companies and government. The volunteer hours are from 9am to 1pm one day a week. Basic computer skills and good communication skills are necessary as well as a desire to help the consumers of Hawaii to resolve their issues and give referrals.
