The 4th Annual Hawaii Caregivers Expo will be on Saturday March 22, 2025 from 10AM-2PM at the Windward Mall in Kaneohe, center court with over 40 Caregiver Resource Partners.
The Hawaii Caregivers EXPO, presented by Gimme a Break, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization https://gab808.org whose mission is to care for caregivers by giving an emotional and physical break as well as resources for continued wellness. Gimme a Break is based on caring for the caregivers to provide support, resources, and outreach to promote self-care and survival as 50% of Caregivers will not survive their caregiving journey! They will pass BEFORE the one they are caring for! We are all Caregivers, we either were, are, will be or will need one! Caregivers deserve support and we are here to connect Caregiver's that are "Finding Strength in Community"!

Kare for Kupuna will be LIVE on stage througout the EXPO! Presentations by Annette Kam, author of “WAIT, Don’t Die Yet”, Emari Hunn of First Foundation Bank will speak to “Fraud and Scam Prevention” and a Mindful Moment of Brain Exercises by Body and Brain Yoga!
Tech Savvy Teenshttps://techsavvyteens.org/ will offering FREE Technology Support for all and especially Hawaii Kupuna. 70% of Caregivers over the age of 70 will pass BEFORE the one they care for; they are part of the highest risk group of Caregivers and often times cannot get the support they need due to their inability to access or use today’s technology. Tech Savvy Teens helps to bridge the technology gap while empowering our community's youth to keep our Kupuna connected!
