TEMARI Center For Asian & Pacific Arts

Who We Are

Our free festivals educate Hawaii's residents and visitors about traditions - Kadomatsu, Children's Day and Weave a Lei. Our special events create selling opportunities for our artists - Art & Soul and Trash & Treasure. Our classes ensure that everyone can learn traditional and not-so-traditional Asian and Pacific art forms- Lei Making, Washi Papermaking, and Gyotaku Printing. Our partners provide valuable discounts - A Catered Experience, Calico Cat, Hawaiian Graphics and Vue Hawaii. Your donation will sustain our programs and events that we bring to the community.

What We Do

TEMARI, a 25 year old 501 (C) 3 non-profit tax-exempt organization, perpetuates traditional Asian-Pacific arts and nurtures contemporary expressions through education, enterprise and special events. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. TEMARI is 25 years old and remains traditionally unconventional.
