Our mission is to enable more people to ride bicycles for health, recreation, and transportation through advocacy, education, and events.
What We Do
The Hawaii Bicycling League (HBL), a 501(c)(3) non-profit incorporated in 1975, is the largest cycling organization in Hawai'i. With nearly 2000 members, we work towards making Hawaii a cycling paradise through Advocacy, Education, and Events.
