Impact Change Hawaiʻi works to prevent systemic challenges through early, preemptive support that strengthens long-term stability and well-being. Our flagship program, Building Blocks Hawaiʻi, provides early childhood education and family support to build strong foundations during the most critical years of development.

Building Blocks Hawaiʻi (BBH) is an early childhood education and family support program serving children ages 3–5 and their caregivers, with a focus on families who cannot afford or access preschool or other high-quality early learning options. The program provides evidence-based early literacy instruction integrated with social-emotional learning and early leadership development to strengthen school readiness and healthy development during the most critical years of growth. Through the Parent Empowerment Institute, BBH equips caregivers with practical tools and strategies to support learning, positive behavior, and development at home, reinforcing early gains and promoting long-term family stability.
