Volunteer: Volunteer drivers and chaperones wanted!Catholic Charities Hawaii is looking for volunteer drivers and/or chaperones (escorts) to serve kupuna 60 years old and older. Our Transportation Friends for Kupuna (TFK) Program volunteer drivers will use their own vehicle to transport kupuna clients to certain destinations, and our volunteer chaperones (escorts) accompany kupuna from one place to another, to assist our kupuna who do not drive so that kupuna can continue living independently. Volunteers are asked to complete an application form and must agree to a criminal history check and provide references. Catholic Charities screens, interviews, and orients all volunteers.
