Description

Aloha,

Project Hawai'i, Inc., is a publicly supported nonprofit run 100% by volunteers to enhance the lives of homeless keiki.
This year we are gearing up for our 12th annual holiday party for children living in extreme poverty on the island of Big Island. We are anticipating over 350 keiki to attend this event.

Children will be able to play games, create their own "make and take" crafts to share or give as gifts, enjoy a nutritious holiday meal and of course visit with Santa. Each child will receive their special gift from Santa.

We are looking for groups, or such to host a make and take craft, or game w/prizes for the children. While this is a wonderful opportunity for the community to make a difference in the lives of homeless keiki, we will need the groups to stay within the guidelines due to fire/occupancy and other restrictions to participate at the event.

We have very limited spaces, but would love to be able to add a few more opportunities for our keiki. Our party is set for Dec. 23rd in Hilo. Volunteer groups will need to arrive by 4PM, and set up their activity by 5PM. Will need to plan to stay until 8:30 p.m. More details and guidelines will be given upon your request.
