The Housing Assistance Program (HAP) of Catholic Charities Hawaii has been providing Housing Information & Referral and Housing Counseling to many seniors on Oahu since 1978. HAP helps older adults with applying and navigating the complex application and waitlist process for senior housing. In addition, HAP manages three Small Group Homes with 15 tenants and several shared housing units for seniors who need low-cost housing option on a temporary or permanent basis.
