Provides a warm and welcoming front office and administrative, financial and operational support towards the achievement of mission and strategic goals of Helping Hands Hawai`i.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Greets guests and employees.
- Maintains a clean, presentable and safe front office with necessary supplies.
- Performs a variety of administrative support that includes but is not limited to data entry, scanning, faxing, ordering and receiving packages, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Availability during our Primary Business hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm. CLOSED ON ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS
