Our mission is to build the capacity of low- and moderate-income communities to achieve and sustain economic self-sufficiency with a particular focus on Native Hawaiians. We operate Financial Opportunity Centers throughout the State of Hawai‘i, providing financial counseling, income supports, and employment and entrepreneurship coaching to low- and moderate-income households and communities.
