Who We Are
Bottles4College is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization that collects HI 5c marked recyclable cans and bottles to help protect the environment and help fund college scholarships for kids in Hawaii. The 4 Pillars of belief are Education, Environment, Community, and Lifestyle. Spearheaded by 16 year old Hawaii teen, Genshu Price.
Bottles4College has now recycled over 1.5 MILLION cans and bottles, diverting over 100,000 lbs of cans and bottles from becoming trash and ending up as landfill or ocean pollution.
In 2023, Bottles4College was able to award $21,500 in college scholarships to Hawaii students graduating from Hawaii high schools.
In 2024, Bottles4College is set to award another set of college scholarships for Hawaii students, along with $10,000 to help victims of the Lahaina fires.
