We are all Caregivers, we either were, are or will be! Caregivers deserve support and we make Caregiver's dreams come true! We are a Community of Caregivers.

Gimme a Break is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to care for caregivers. We provide support, resources, and outreach to promote self-care and survival! 50% of all caregivers will pass before the ones that they are caring for! It is our mission to help caregivers to survive and then thrive beyond the statistic.
